No more Pacies!

Abbie no longer uses pacies.... on her third birthday we stopped allowing her to use her pacies at night! Man that was one tough night but each night got easier! We let her know that after three days she would get to "buy" anything she wanted with them. This could have been dangerous if her name was Ilene; I would have gone after diamonds or a new bag, but little Miss Abbie wanted CANDY! We took her to Target and she got to pick out one type of candy (Gummy Lifesavers), a toy (Princess Cinderella computer- she calls her puter), and a Strawberries and Crème from Starbucks! All in all it was a success and all of the Checkout clerks were great about it! Abbie was so proud of herself making purchases on her own and she is now officially pacie free!!!
