Life Changes!!!

We have made some big decisions and life changes over the past few days. Finally Ilene is finished with her last clincal meaning that school is over!!!!! Thank you so much to everyone who helped take care of Abbie it was very comforting to know that people who loved and cared about Abbie were watching her.
Now Ilene is ready to study for boards (she plans to take them in mid November). So Ilene is able to study to the best of her abilities she and Abbie are moving to Ohio for a month to live with her parents. Grandpa will watch Abbie for a few hours a day to allow Ilene the time to go to the library.
Kevin will be staying in VA to get the condo on the market... he is painting and storing a lot of the furniture in our home. Kevin will miss Halloween so Ilene will be updating our blog often.
Abbie is fabulous she is rolling all over the place and finally loves rice ceral... Yeah.

Abbie and Ella, Friends?

Abbie and Ella have been getting along really well. If Kevin or I are holding Abbie Ella will come up and snuggle in with us. Abbie like to reach out and "pet her", Abbie pulls Ella's ears and fur, Ella just sits there and is very good. We are so glad that our two girls get along so well!!



Abbie has also started to really enjoy time on the floor. She spins herself around and see and play with what she wants.

New Tastes!

Abbie has started rice cereal!!! She was been weighing underweight for her past two doctors visits and they wanted to get a little more substance in her; so we started rice cereal on Monday night. She is wearing her Redskins onesie... so support the Skins on their Monday night game. She got the cereal everywhere... she is not quite sure how she feels about the cereal! Abbie is now rolling!!! YEAH... this has been a milestone that mommy has been waiting for for awhile. On Saturday afternoon I put Abbie on the floor on her tummy and walked to the kitchen for something when I turned around I saw that Abbie was in midroll to her back! I could not believe it. She is so happy to be able to get off her belly when she is finished playing!! Next I cannot wait for her to figure out that it is more fun and that she can do more when she is on her belly!
