So I never thought I would ever admit this but I think Abbie watches too much TV... educational but TV at that. She is learning the names for her favorite shows to watch; "Monkey"--Zoombafoo, "Boots"--Dora the Explorer, "Wow Wow--Wow Wow Wobbzie; and "Yo Gabba"-- Yo Gabba Gabba. She also knows that most of them are on demand and she will ask for them. We have found a Yo Gabba Gabba that Abbie loves to dance to and it cracks us up so we will watch the Move episode over and over again becasue Abbie dances and sings to the music!!! We caught her dancing of video this week but it was after a few times so she was starting to wind down! Enjoy!
This is page dedicated to our two daughters, family, and friends... so that all may keep up with our adventures!!!

Mary Grace is 6 months
Mary Grace has flourished during the last month!!! She is truly rolling from point A to B and pushing herself under our coffee table! Mary Grace started to eat rice cereal 2 weeks ago and she liked it; we were surprised because Abbie hated it! Mary Grace has also tried bananas, apple sauce, and avocado. She really likes avocado the best and apple sauce but would pass on the bananas. She is also chatting up a storm... so fun! When we first tried rice cereal we striped MG down to her diaper and a bib; so Abbie asked to "try some" so she too striped down to her shorts and no shirt and I fed her some rice cereal as well. She did say "I no like" but asked for more since I kept feeding Mary Grace.
Mary Grace had her 6 month check up on Friday she weighs an even 14 pounds which puts her in the 25th percentile. She was 25.75 inches long and her tiara was the perfect size to put her in the 50th percentile. We have a good little grower.

Tiny Dancer
Abbie started a dance class at one of the local studios that has gymnastics and dance the weekend after the 4th of July. Abbie is the youngest in her class but it does not seem to bother her one bit. She LOVES her class... there are three little girls in the class including Abbie and their instructors name is Ms. Nikki. The first day Abbie took charge and followed directions well... Kevin and I were shocked at how well Abbie did. Her favorite dance is the freeze dance! She dances like a butterfly, jumps like a frog, and has learned to sashay in class. It has been so fun to watch Abbie grow into a little girl during this class!!

Dump Post
A lot has happened since the last time I posted!!! I have done a lot of thinking about why I don’t post as often as I use to and then I came across a saying that I think sums is up about right "tomorrow is the future, yesterday is the past, but today is the present that is why we call is a gift" I have been living a lot in the present and so have not sat down long enough to document our life.
Abbie has started to show the true signs of a two year old... she is only allowed her pacie during bedtime at night but knows where we put her pacies during the day... Kevin found Abbie opening the drawers to her dresser (like they were steps) and climbing up them to get her pacie. If she finds a pacie (hers or her sisters) when she wants to relax she will curl up on the couch with her blanket and a pillow and buries her face in the pillow so we cannot see that she has a pacie (pretty sneaky). She also cannot be trusted anywhere in the house by herself particularly the bedrooms; she likes to get into my makeup (See picture below) this happened while I was nursing Mary Grace. But Abbie has also become a sweet big sister who loves to make Mary Grace smile and laugh!!! She is also attempting potty training she has been gone a couple of times on the potty this month but has been asking a lot... so we try!! Even when Abbie is being a big stinker I cannot help but giggle and smile because she is just becoming such an independent soul who is full of spunk and spirit! I love you Abbie!

Mary Grace is now almost 4.5 months and is just a joy!!! She started to roll over a week ago and now she prefers to be on her belly... I of course LOVE IT!!! She is also smiling, giggling, and talking a lot more and we love hearing her voice! Mary Grace had her 4 month check up 2 weeks ago and she came out with a clean bill of health... stats 12.7 Lbs and 27 inches long (this is 90th%- where the heck did that come from). Our physician said that we could start rice cereal but that we do not have to so we will be starting that soon... I am just not ready for that yet!

We celebrated Father's day and Kevin's 29th birthday we a weekend full of FUN!!! On Kevin's Birthday (Friday June 19th) he played golf while Abbie and I baked him a homemade carrot cake which turn out pretty good if I do say so myself... it was fun to do! Then we went out to dinner as a family. Saturday we all woke up and got ready for the zoo... we bought a family pass for the zoo because we plan on going a couple of times this summer!!! Abbie chanted the whole way through the zoo... "I ove you monkeys, i ove you monkeys!" it was very cute and we have talked about monkeys since. On father's day we went to church and then straight to Tiger's stadium of a baseball game with our friends the Forcia's is was a great game and the Tigers won!!! In the end I just want to tell you Kevin that you are very loved by all of your girls!!! You are truly a wonderful daddy, husband and man... I am blessed to have you as my partner for life!!!

Finally we just got back from Huston TX; my cousin Nicole was married last Saturday and she made such a beautiful bride... congratulations Nicole and Jonathan!!! We had a blast in Huston even if is was 107 degrees outside. We flew in on Thursday and came home on Monday. The girls did awesome on the plane we had people say to us that they did not even know there were kids on the plane!!! Abbie made friends fast with the flower girl... she was very sweet to take Abbie in. It was fun to see our family and get away. Mom and Dad thanks for all of your help this past weekend we could not have done it without you both!!!
